Non woven is used as a substrate of Surlin R, PVC, EVA ; The final product is used inside of the shoe, as a reinforcement of the toe, bonding agent, padding, inner sole or counter lining material.
The nonwoven could have different functions: substrate (heavy weight coatings, up to 600 gsm) interlayer (to offer higher delamination resistance and good hanging surface between coating and leather) or process (to avoid tacking between layers during the slitting). |
